Description of itinerary
Day 1
Kuala Selangor Nature park, mudflat & Paddy Field
Depart Early Morning to Kuala Selangor Nature park , spend the morning on the mangrove and secondary forest trail.
Lunch
Check-in to resort/Chalet.
Start birding around Kuala Selangor, we might venture to paddy field, Mangrove and mudflat.
Day 2
Start birding early morning in Kuala Selangor Nature Park else, we will check out more bird species in the nearby forest.
Depart from Kuala Selangor to Kuala Kubu Bahru Forest reserve.
Birding along the road (Kuala Kubu Bahru), Ulu Selangor Forest Reserve and Selangor Dam. Arrive Fraser’s Hill and rest.
Lesser Adjutant Stork, Purple Heron,Grey Heron,Common Kingfisher, Collard Kingfisher, Stork-bill Kingfisher, Sunda Pygmy Woodpecker, Common flameback, Lace woodpecker, Coppersmith Barbet, Lineated barbet, Pied Fantail, Crested serpent eagle, Brahminy kite, Mangrove Blue flycatcher, Mangrove Whistler, Bar Eagle Owl, HILL MYNA, BLACK-THIGHED FALCONET etc.

Day 3
Start birding early morning in Fraser’s hill
With choose of Bishop’s Trail, Hemment’s Trail, Telekom Loop, Jeriau Waterfall, Old Road, New Road, The gap, Jelai and golf course.
Birding at The Gap and Fraser’s hill New road also Fraser’s Hill, a superb and cool former colonial hill-station surrounded by mature montane forest. The oak laurel trees here are smaller than those of the lowland forests, and the bird-life is a little more accessible. The views from here over the forest-clad hills are magnificent .

Day 4

Afternoon
Continue Birding, look for more bird species in Fraser’s hill. You might want to walk in to some of the Fraser’s hill trail to look for illusive species.
Day 5
Early morning, depart from Fraser’s Hill to Krau Forest reserve (2.5 hrs), This is a lowland rainforest that habitat for many great forest species. Afternoon depart to Taman Negara and birding along the way.
Evening, arrive Taman Negara.
Check-in Resort. Rest.
Day 6 - 8
Early morning, venture into the trail in Taman Negara, Tahan Bumbun (Hide), Lata Berkoh, Lubok Simpon, Bumbun Tabing, Bukit Teresek, Jenut Muda, Canopy walk.
Taman Negara is rich in all the above species and has the additional benefit of large rivers providing habitats for Bee-eaters, Broadbills, Forktails and Kingfishers.
A good network of marked trails as well as rivers will help us in exploring this magnificent National Park. The area has an abundance of birds and you will be surprised when you see hornbills land in trees just beside your chalet.
Explore the pristine forest along fantastic trails (trail vary from 0.5 – 3 hrs ,Taman Negara’s host many residents birds, including, Green Broadbill, Raffle’s Malkoha, and a legion of bulbuls and lot of babblers species.
Others area such as the Tahan hides may have chance to view the Crested Fireback, other trail which will have great chance to see Diard’s and Scarlet-rumped Trogons, Whiskered Tree-swift, Green Ioras, Black-and-Red and Black-and-Yellow Broadbills, Thick-billed and Little Green Pigeons, Garnet and Banded Pittas, Chestnut-breasted Malkoha, White-rumped Shama, Blue-crowned Hanging Parrot, and the flashy-blue Asian Fairy Bluebird, Red-crowned Barbet, the Orange-backed and Great Slaty Woodpeckers, Greater Racket-tailed Drongo, leafbirds, spiderhunters, Many sepcies of sunbirds and flowerpeckers. Occasionally the Rhinoceros Hornbills, Black, Helmeted, Wrinkled, Wreathed Hornbill can be sight fly across overhead.
Day 9
Morning, birding and check out, we may stop at some place that can have some more good bird. and back to Kuala Lumpur.
Arrive Kuala Lumpur at Evening time.
